Miss Lauren has been dancing since the age of three and is very excited to teach and inspire young dancers to share the same passion that she experiences in the studio.  
 
 
She is a fourth year University of Guelph student in the Child, Youth, and Family Studies  program, working towards receiving both her Bachelors of Applied Science and her Early Childhood Educators designation.  Lauren has also made the Dean's List every semester so far at university!  Following her undergraduate studies she aspires to obtain a Bachelor of Education degree.
 
In addition to working with children, she loves physical activity, baking, and the outdoors.  Miss Lauren has been a counsellor for the past three years at a residential camp and has most recently worked as a section director this past summer.
 
Miss Lauren received Honours on her Grade 6 Cecchetti Ballet Examination (CSC) and is hoping to work towards her Intermediate Examination in the near future.  She has worked with choreographers from the hit television show “So You Think You Can Dance” and has competed and performed in many events such as The Pegasus Benefit Show, and the Amethyst Awards.
 

A dedicated dancer who strives to learn more and aims to always do her best, she has had experience assisting and teaching ballet, pointe, jazz, tap, and hip hop classes for the past six years. Miss Lauren is very excited to join the PDA staff again for her third season and is even more excited to be teaching many Pre-Dance classes, as well as ballet, pointe, jazz, and tap classes. Miss Lauren has been dancing since the age of three and is very excited to teach and inspire young dancers to share the same passion that she experiences in the studio.
